Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ¾ cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups flour all-purpose
  • 4 cups milk
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • Confectioners sugar for dusting

Equipment

  • Stand Mixer
  • Muffin Tins

Method

  1. Preheat your oven at 350°F (175°C).
  2. Generously butter muffin tins to prevent sticking, as tarts can caramelize.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar together. Then add the melted butter, milk, and flour, stirring until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the outsides are crisp.
  6. Allow to cool, then dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
