Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add a thick coat of caramel to the sides and bottom of pudding mould
Shred the buns
Blend all ingredients (including shredded buns) with immersion blender
Pour mixture into pudding mould
Place pudding mould in a large baking dish, deep enough to hold water
Place in oven
Pour hot water into baking dish until half of pudding mould is surrounded
Bake for approximately one hour in simmering water
Allow pudding to cool before removing from mould
