Ingredients
  

  • 600 grams of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • Rind of one orange
  • Juice of one orange
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of “aguardente” Portuguese brandy
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar and cinnamon for dusting
  • Oil for frying I use Canola oil
  • Extra flour for kneading
