- 600 grams of flour
- 4 eggs
- Rind of one orange
- Juice of one orange
- 60 grams of melted butter
- 60 grams of sugar
- 1/4 cup of “aguardente” Portuguese brandy
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar and cinnamon for dusting
- Oil for frying I use Canola oil
- Extra flour for kneading
