Bolinhos de Laranja

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • Zest of one orange
  • Juice of one orange
  • 100 grams of plain flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 100 grams butter melted
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, butter, orange zest, flour, orange juice, and baking powder until well combined
  • Grease molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar (I used muffin tins)
  • Fill cupcake tins half way
  • Bake for 13 minutes (check with tooth pick)
  • Once the cakes are baked, turn off the oven
  • Sprinkle sugar on top and leave them in the oven for an additional 2 minutes
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool
