Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, butter, orange zest, flour, orange juice, and baking powder until well combined
Grease molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar (I used muffin tins)
Fill cupcake tins half way
Bake for 13 minutes (check with tooth pick)
Once the cakes are baked, turn off the oven
Sprinkle sugar on top and leave them in the oven for an additional 2 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool
