Almond Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 3 cups of sliced almonds you may want to use 2 or 2 1/2 cups for thinner cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add parchment paper to cookie sheet.
  • Mix the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla until well blended.
  • Add the sliced almonds and mix well.
  • Drop by spoonful onto the cookie sheet.
  • Spread and flatten with fork if you would like cookies to be thin.
  • Bake until golden and set, about 10 minutes.
