Cake Stand Centerpiece…and a touch of red in the dining room

Every year I try to change-up the Holiday decor in the dining room.

Since I added red to the mantel and tree this year…

I couldn’t leave out the dining room.

The starting point…the red snowflake table runner I found at HomeSense.

For the centerpiece I used two cake stands, added some of my frosted pinecones, balls in assorted colours and some greenery.

It was so simple to put together…at this time of the year I find that quick and easy decorating is the best.

I reused my water-less DIY glass snow globes…

I places the small ones on a cute mirror tray I also found at HomeSense

and instead of a candle, the large snow globe was topped off with a pinecone.

My sideboard got a touch of red as well.

Cute red plates from HomeSense (are you surprised?)

I reused my metal trees and added two small red wreaths to my candles.
