Almond Milk Tarts
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
- Grease muffin tins very well.
- Mix all the ingredients together in bowl of electric mixer or whisk by hand until well blended.
- Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until tops are golden.

These are fantastic! Do they need to be refrigerated for storage or can they be left out? Thanks
They are very soft in the centre but they do get firmer once they cool. Are you sure you had the right temperature? It has never taken me that long to cook them. When the edges are brown they are done.
I have never tried them with less sugar. They may not cook properly. Let us know if you try it. Thanks!
